If you are writing about a problem in the app, include your device model, app version, approximate time of the issue, and any diagnostic ID shown by the in-app support form. Do not send a child's full legal name or unnecessary private details.

In-App Feedback

Settings includes Contact Support for authenticated app sessions. That form creates a support request with your authenticated user ID server-side and may attach a diagnostic ID or optional screenshot when you choose to include one. Activity players also include Report Activity for webview content.

Common Questions

Do I need an account before trying LearnManager?

No. The iOS TestFlight build starts with an anonymous setup so you can create a child profile and assign a first activity before claiming an account.

When do I need Sign in with Apple?

Sign in with Apple is required for recovery-sensitive actions such as paid checkout, public publishing, and account restore. It keeps purchases and deletion rights attached to the same family profile.

How do paid upgrades work on iOS?

For v1, paid upgrades open Stripe Checkout in an external browser. Native in-app purchases are not enabled in the TestFlight build.

How do I delete my account and child data?

Open Settings in the app and use Delete Account. The server-backed deletion flow cancels active Stripe subscriptions immediately and removes or anonymizes account and child-scoped data except records we must retain for legal, tax, security, or audit reasons.

How do I report an unsafe or incorrect activity?

Use Report Activity from the parent or full-screen activity player, or Settings > Help > Report a Problem. We review reports and may remove content that violates our policies.
